Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order separately.

Shipping for Returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe return delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrived damaged or is not as described, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos, and we will work with you on a resolution promptly.
